Throat microphones are useful in noisy environments. That is how the device looks, by wearing it around your neck and there are two microphones that attach to your throat. So when you talk, it directly absorbs the voice that comes out of your voice box.
Throat microphones are normally used by tactical assault groups and SWAT teams, seldom seen on the street. But Sanwa has incorporated it into their hands free design. What is shown is the latest Sanwa hands free that is designed based on a military throat microphone. This hands free device is best used in a noisy environment, which will improve phone conversation.
