iPhone deposits checks
A new application from USAA bank is coming to the iPhone, which allows the users to deposit a check using the iPhone. The user just needs to take the picture of the back and front of the check to deposit it.
The picture of the check is then sent to the bank, which then processes the digital copy of the check. And the user could then just tear up or throw away the physical check. But of course, it’s better to keep it till you’re sure that the money has entered your account.
The USAA app is now available or those who have had it installed can also get an updated version when the service starts. This app provides great convenience to the iPhone users and helps save paper for the bank from having to print the desposit slip.
